  4. Inner surface gap

Measured with a feeler gauge, the gap on the inner surface of the mold: the centrifugal mold is not greater than 0. 4, other molds are not greater than 0. 8.

  5. The inner wall of the cylinder is misaligned after the mold is assembled

Measured with a steel ruler, the displacement of the inner wall of the barrel after the mold is assembled is not greater than 0. 8.

  6. After the mold is assembled, the two running wheels are coaxial with the cylinder

After the mold is assembled, place it on the test centrifuge and use a dial indicator to measure the circular runout of the inner surfaces of the two ends. After the centrifuge tube mold is assembled, the deviation of the coaxiality between the two running wheels and the barrel: When the nominal diameter of the mold is not greater than {{0} When} mm, the deviation is not greater than Φ 1. {{2}}; when the nominal diameter of the mold is greater than 1000 mm, the deviation is not greater than Φ 2.

  10. Appearance requirements

Measured by visual inspection and feel method, the longitudinal and circumferential ribs are straight, and the paint on the outer surface of the mold should meet the requirements of JC / T 402.

  11. No-load test

Put the cement pipe mold on the cement pipe forming machine corresponding to the mold and meet the test requirements steadily, and run at the speed specified in the table 1, the time should be no less than 1 0min, and the mold should run smoothly with no load , No abnormal noise.

In the use unit, the trial production of three to five pipes, the mold load test should be stable, without abnormal noise, and the joint of the mold and the joint of the end mold should not leak slurry when the load is running.
